Clareon provides data-driven settlement intelligence derived from publicly available class action settlements and related court records. The Services are intended for use by legal professionals for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data without authorization, scraping or redistributing database content, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and database compilations provided through the Services are the property of Clareon, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” Clareon makes no warranty that settlement estimates or comparable case data will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular matter. Users remain solely responsible for their professional judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clareon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
Clareon may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
